There is something that paralyzes us when we face opposition, criticism, or obstacles that seem greater than our strength. This shows us that renewal does not happen just once in the Christian life. It happens whenever we approach God with sincerity, vulnerability, and willingness to pay the price of living by conviction.
Today, you also face threats—perhaps not physical like they did, but threats to your faith, your peace, your sense of purpose. Perhaps you are surrounded by voices that question your beliefs, pressures to compromise your values, or simply the weariness of standing firm. The lesson of the apostles is clear: do not only pray asking for the problem to disappear. Pray asking for courage to face the problem with God's truth. Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you again, to strengthen you, to empower you to continue your mission. The prayer that changes everything is the one that changes you first.

Your situation may shake—literally or figuratively—when you dare to ask, in faith, for the courage to live the gospel without compromise.
